Quick start

Install Hollow Reserve, choose a plan, and publish your first Experience Blueprint with a bookable client journey.

Use this checklist to go from install to a published blueprint in under 15 minutes. Hollow Reserve works standalone — you do not need Arcanum Engine or Hollow Sentinel to sell experiences on Shopify.

Checklist

  1. Install Hollow Reserve from the Shopify App Store or your Arcanum partner link.
  2. Open the app from Shopify Admin → Apps → Hollow Reserve.
  3. Choose a subscription plan (Starter includes a 7-day trial).
  4. Open Command Center — follow the Setup progress card (publish blueprint, add staff, set default experience, add theme block, connect email, test booking).
  5. Go to Blueprints — pick a vertical template (salon, spa, studio) or create from scratch, then publish.
  6. Enable the theme app extension in your Online Store theme editor and place the booking widget.
  7. Book a test appointment on your storefront and confirm it appears on Calendar and in Clients.
  8. Optional on Professional+: enable consultation intake, deposits via Shopify checkout, SMS reminders, waitlist, and Klaviyo journey sync for client email flows.
  9. Optional on Studio: add memberships, session packages, rebooking automation, and POS check-in.
