Results

Results shows attributed impact for the current period plus every playbook execution with timestamp, playbook name, trigger topic, and status.

Impact summary

• Recoveries, attributed revenue, revenue protected, review reminders, and inventory alerts
• Attributed revenue: abandoned checkout cart total when the alert fired, plus 5% of VIP order value as a proxy — review reminders and inventory alerts do not add to this dollar amount
• Recoveries: confirmed Shopify orders after abandoned checkout alerts when customer data is available; VIP routing counts each successful alert
• Export CSV from Results or the Command center impact hero
• Export report opens a print-friendly HTML summary at Results → Performance → Export report
• Performance tab ranks systems by attributed impact for 30 or 90 days
• Period length matches your impact rollup settings (typically 30 days)

System performance

• Open Results and select the Performance tab to see ranked systems by attributed dollars, recoveries, and runs
• Toggle 30 or 90 days to compare recent impact
• Use Export report to share a stakeholder-ready summary (print to PDF from your browser)

Filters and run details

• Filter by status — success, failed, or skipped
• Filter by playbook — narrow to one template
• Click View to open run details with timestamps and actionable guidance when a run failed
• Clear run log removes historical rows; installed automations are not affected
• Ops tier: Replay on failed or skipped runs from the run detail modal (Results → View → Replay). Replay uses the stored trigger payload when available.

Trigger topics

• Abandoned checkout alerts use trigger checkouts/abandoned — not every checkout webhook
• Weekly digest uses cron:weekly_commerce_digest
• Review reminders fire on orders/review_due after the configured delay
• Skipped runs often mean the trigger did not match playbook rules (for example order below VIP threshold)
