Command Center (home)
Command Center shows published blueprint count, active experience instances, today's appointments, and clients in your ledger. Use it to confirm bookings are flowing before you tune stages or analytics.
Experience Blueprints
Blueprints are multi-stage journeys: intake, appointment, commerce (deposits and add-ons), communication, automation, review, and waitlist steps. Draft a blueprint, configure stages, publish, then share your theme booking widget or Customer Accounts extension (Studio).

Connect Klaviyo in Settings and enable journey sync to send booking lifecycle events — appointment booked, deposit paid, completed, cancelled, no-show, and journey completed. Build confirmation and rebook sequences in Klaviyo; Reserve does not replace your ESP.
