Connect Gorgias

Send Arcanum Engine playbook alerts to Gorgias as support tickets for your CX team.

Growth and Ops merchants can connect Gorgias so selected playbooks open a ticket when high-value orders, refunds, subscription churn, or VIP routing events fire. Gorgias is outbound-only in v1 — Engine creates tickets; it does not read Gorgias inboxes.

Setup steps

  1. In Gorgias, open Settings → REST API and create an API key with ticket create access.
  2. Note your Gorgias domain (for example yourbrand.gorgias.com).
  3. In Arcanum Engine, open Settings → Gorgias.
  4. Enter domain, API key, and the Gorgias user email that should appear as the ticket requester for Engine-created tickets.
  5. Save and click Test connection — Engine creates a short test ticket.
  6. When installing a playbook, enable Create Gorgias ticket if you want CX to receive a ticket alongside Slack, Discord, or Teams alerts.

  • Refund alert — chargebacks and refunds
  • High-risk order alert
  • Subscription Cancelled and Subscription Payment Failed (when Recharge is connected)
