HollowLens integration

HollowLens is Arcanum's staff audit tool (store-auditor). When your team runs a HollowLens engagement, selected findings can import into Hollow Sentinel as lens context — giving operators human-curated signals alongside automated monitoring.

Lens import

Arcanum staff trigger lens import from Hollow Studio (or the Hollow Sentinel staff API) after a HollowLens deliverable is approved. Imported items appear as Lens-sourced entries on the Store Timeline. On Growth+, when a critical Lens finding matches an open anomaly, Sentinel may elevate it to a lens_audit_finding insight.

What merchants see

• Timeline entries tagged as Lens findings (source LENS) with audit date
• Merchant-safe summaries — no raw staff worksheets
• On Growth+, matching Lens findings may elevate to insights; otherwise operators use timeline context alongside automated insights
