Store memory is Sentinel's rolling record of what changed in your Shopify admin — theme publishes, product and inventory edits, refunds, app installs, Engine playbook runs, Reserve journey milestones, and shop settings. It powers the Store timeline and helps root-cause analysis connect symptoms to recent changes.
Store timeline
Open Store timeline from the app navigation for a chronological feed. Each event shows what changed, when, source, and severity. Expand Show details for a merchant-safe payload summary — inventory changes include product name, SKU, location, quantity on hand, and a View in Shopify link when available. When an open insight references the event, the row includes a Related insight link — and insight cards link back with View on timeline.
