Before you contact us
Confirm you are on the latest theme version (see Changelog), run through the cart and booking smoke checks on your dev or staging theme, and note your Shopify store URL plus the template where the issue appears.
Support channels
Email support@arcanumhollow.com with your store URL, theme version, and screenshots or screen recordings. For booking integration questions, include whether you use Theme settings → Booking URLs, Hollow Reserve, or a third-party app block.
