Connect Klaviyo

Klaviyo monitoring is available on Hollow Sentinel Growth and above. Sentinel compares Klaviyo Placed Order event volume, Arcanum Engine metric volume, and sent campaign counts to 7-day baselines — without replacing Klaviyo as your ESP.

Setup

1. Create a Klaviyo private API key with read access to metrics.
2. Open Hollow Sentinel → Settings → Klaviyo.
3. Paste the API key and save.
4. Sentinel begins evaluating Klaviyo volume on the next insight sweep.

What Sentinel watches (v1)

• 7-day rolling baseline of Klaviyo Placed Order event count
• Engine metric volume when Klaviyo events are enabled on playbooks
• Campaign send volume proxy (sent campaigns in the last 7 days)
• Material drops surfaced on Insights and in daily briefings when entitled
