Connect Slack

Deliver Hollow Sentinel daily briefings to a Slack channel via incoming webhook.

Slack delivery is available on Hollow Sentinel Growth and above. Sentinel posts daily briefing highlights to your chosen channel — not a raw metric dump. Critical insight alerts still use email when alert recipients are configured.

Setup

  1. In Slack, create an Incoming Webhook for the channel where your ops team works.
  2. Open Hollow Sentinel → Settings → Slack.
  3. Paste the webhook URL and click Save webhook.
  4. Click Send test message to confirm delivery.
  5. Under Daily briefing, set briefing channel to Slack and click Save preferences.

Sentinel vs Engine Slack

Hollow Sentinel Slack delivery covers daily briefing highlights. Arcanum Engine posts playbook execution results (abandoned checkout recovery, VIP routing, inventory alerts). You can use the same Slack channel for both products with different message formats.
