Install Hollow Sentinel, choose a plan, and confirm your first daily briefing and health overview.
Use this checklist to go from install to a useful daily briefing in under 10 minutes. Sentinel works standalone — you do not need Arcanum Engine to receive briefings, health scores, or insights.
Checklist
- Install Hollow Sentinel from the Shopify App Store or your Arcanum partner link.
- Open the app from Shopify Admin → Apps → Hollow Sentinel.
- Choose a subscription plan (Starter includes a 7-day trial).
- Expect a 14-day learning period — Sentinel captures one store snapshot per day to build baselines.
- Open Command center and review intelligence module badges (most show Learning or Watching at first).
- Wait for the first metrics capture (usually within a few hours) — a setup briefing appears after the first snapshot.
- Review Health for dimension scores; open Store timeline to confirm webhook events are recording.
- Optional on Starter+: add your Resend API key, verified from address, and alert recipients in Settings, then send a test email.
- Optional on Growth+: connect Slack for briefing delivery and Klaviyo for flow volume monitoring.
