Every Studio Arcana section grouped by job—navigation, services, retail, trust, and utilities—with what each is for. Open a specific section in the sidebar for generated settings and blocks tables.
In the theme editor, Add section shows the same names you see here (from the theme’s translation file). Sections whose names start with Main are tied to specific templates (product, collection, search, and so on). API sections are usually inserted by the theme for drawers or quick view, not added by hand on a normal page.

Tips
Start from a theme template that matches the page type (for example Default product), then add or remove marketing sections above or below the main section.
Prefer metaobjects for large service and team libraries once you outgrow manual blocks—the same sections support both.
