No. Reserve includes booking, but the larger idea is client journey management. It helps connect appointments, intake, service history, preferences, follow-up, and rebooking into one Shopify-centered experience.
Can Hollow Reserve work without Arcanum Engine or Hollow Sentinel?
Yes. Reserve can run as a standalone appointment and journey app. Engine and Sentinel add more operational intelligence, automation, alerts, and playbook-based follow-up.

Deposits via Shopify checkout are available on Professional and Studio. Session packages and memberships ship on Studio. Starter includes booking, calendar, and email confirmations for one blueprint.
How is this different from a normal scheduling app?
Most scheduling apps focus on putting a time on a calendar. Hollow Reserve focuses on the full service journey: what the customer is booking, what your team needs to know, what happens before the visit, and what should happen afterward.
Can Reserve help with rebooking and follow-up?
Yes on Professional and Studio. Reserve runs follow-up stages after each visit, sends email and SMS reminders, supports Klaviyo journey flows, and offers self-service reschedule within your cancellation policy. Studio adds rebook automation. Pair with Arcanum Engine for store-wide commerce playbooks — Engine defers overlapping lifecycle alerts when both apps are installed.

Hollow Reserve is currently in development. Early documentation and setup previews are available while the app is being prepared for launch.
