Command Center (home)
Command Center shows published blueprint count, active experience instances, today's appointments, and clients in your ledger. On Professional+, it also surfaces journey metrics, Experience P&L, pending-deposit follow-ups, waitlist nudges, and ecosystem outcomes when booking insights hand off to Engine. Use it to confirm bookings are flowing before you tune stages or analytics.
Experience Blueprints
Blueprints are multi-stage journeys: intake, appointment, commerce (deposits and add-ons), communication, automation, review, and waitlist steps. Draft a blueprint, configure stages, publish, then share your theme booking widget or Customer Accounts extension (Studio).

Connect Klaviyo in Settings and enable journey sync to send booking lifecycle events — appointment booked, deposit paid, completed, cancelled, no-show, and journey completed. Build confirmation and rebook sequences in Klaviyo; Reserve does not replace your ESP.
