Rebook automation
Studio-tier automated rebook prompts after journey completion — reduce manual follow-up for repeat visits.
Rebook automation emails clients who finished an Experience Blueprint but have not scheduled their next visit. It helps salons, spas, and studios maintain cadence without chasing every client manually.
Enable rebook automation
- Confirm you are on Studio in Settings → Billing.
- Open Settings → Notifications and turn on Rebook automation.
- Ensure Resend email is connected so rebook prompts can send.
- Complete a test journey, wait past the default delay, and confirm the client receives a rebook email (skipped if they already rebooked).
Storefront rebook block
Add the Reserve rebook prompt theme block on post-visit pages. Clients click through to book again; Reserve attributes rebook_initiated events in experience analytics.
Pairing with Arcanum Engine
When Engine and Reserve are co-installed, Engine defers Rebook Nudge team alerts to Reserve for appointment lifecycle. Use Engine for store-wide winback and VIP playbooks; use Reserve rebook automation and Klaviyo Journey Completed for client-facing nurture.
