Trigger payload
Each trigger includes shop, instance, blueprint, and client ledger identifiers plus event timestamps. Use these fields in Flow conditions to tag customers, create tasks, or notify internal channels.
Reserve Flow vs Arcanum Engine
Reserve Flow triggers are appointment-journey native. Arcanum Engine installs commerce playbooks for store-wide signals (abandoned checkout, inventory, VIP orders). Many service brands use Reserve Flow for booking ops and Engine for revenue recovery — both can run on the same store.
