Calendar and staff

Calendar is your day-of command view — who is booked, when, and which Experience Blueprint each appointment belongs to. Staff records tie availability rules to the providers clients can book.

Staff setup

1. Open Calendar or Settings and add staff members who take appointments.
2. Assign staff to blueprint stages that require a provider.
3. Set working hours and blocked time so the booking widget only offers valid slots.
4. Stay within your plan staff cap — Starter allows three, Professional ten, Studio unlimited.

Using Calendar

• View today and upcoming appointments across all published blueprints
• Confirm test bookings from your storefront appear after widget placement
• Use Command Center for a summary count before opening the full calendar
• Studio merchants can check in clients at POS for in-person arrivals
