Customer Accounts

Studio-tier Customer Accounts extension — clients see Experience Blueprint journeys on their Shopify profile.

Hollow Reserve Studio includes a Customer Accounts UI extension. Signed-in clients see active and past experience journeys on their Shopify Customer Account profile — appointment context without a separate portal login.

What clients see

  • Experience Blueprint name and journey status
  • Upcoming appointment summary when scheduled
  • Progress through journey stages where applicable

Enable the extension

  1. Confirm Customer Accounts is enabled in Shopify Admin.
  2. Install or update Hollow Reserve so the Customer Accounts extension deploys with your app.
  3. Sign in as a test customer who has booked through Reserve and open Customer Accounts → profile.
  4. Confirm the Hollow Reserve Journey block appears with the correct instance.
