Cancellation policy
Set cancellation windows, policy copy, and deposit rules — shown on the booking widget and enforced for self-service changes.
Your cancellation policy protects your schedule and sets client expectations. Hollow Reserve shows policy copy on the booking widget confirm step and enforces the same rules when clients use self-service reschedule or cancel links.
Configure in Settings

Default policy copy
If you leave policy text blank, Reserve generates plain language from your window (for example, you may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment). Add custom text for deposits, patch tests, or studio-specific rules.
Self-service enforcement
Clients outside the window see a message to contact your team. Staff can still cancel or reschedule from Calendar regardless of the window.
