Self-service booking
Let clients reschedule or cancel appointments through a secure manage-booking link — within your cancellation policy.
Confirmation and reminder emails include a manage-booking link. Clients open it on your storefront to reschedule or cancel without calling your front desk — as long as your cancellation policy allows the change.
What clients can do
- Reschedule to another available slot for the same experience and staff rules
- Cancel the appointment when inside the cancellation window
- See policy messaging when the visit is too soon to self-serve (contact your team instead)
Policy enforcement
Self-service uses the same cancellation window and rules you configure in Settings → Cancellation policy. Late cancel and deposit forfeit settings apply when enabled.
Calendar and notifications
Successful reschedule updates Calendar, client journey state, Google Calendar (when connected), and sends updated confirmation when email is configured.
