Client ledger
Track clients and experience instances — every booking creates a ledger entry tied to the journey they booked.
Clients is your client ledger. Each storefront booking creates an experience instance linked to the client, the blueprint they chose, and the stages still ahead of them. You see history in one place instead of hunting through calendar exports.
Clients list
- Client name and contact details captured during booking or intake
- Appointment and journey counts at a glance
- Quick path into Client detail for full history
Client detail
Click any client to open Client detail — your operational single-client view.
- Profile — email, phone, lifetime value, tags, and staff notes
- Appointments — scheduled and past visits with blueprint, status, and staff
- Journeys — active and completed Experience Blueprint instances with current stage
- Journey events — timestamped timeline (booked, deposit paid, completed, cancelled, no-show, stage transitions)
- Reviews and communications — ratings plus sent confirmation, reminder, follow-up, and rebook messages
- Credits — remaining sessions when the client holds a Studio package
Command Center count
Command Center shows how many clients are in your ledger and how many experience instances are active. Use it as a quick health check after you publish a blueprint and place the booking widget.
Shopify customer records
When a booking includes checkout (for example, a deposit on Professional+), Hollow Reserve aligns with the Shopify customer record created or matched at checkout. The ledger remains the operational view for your team; Shopify Admin remains the commerce record of record.
