Memberships and session packages help appointment-led brands grow lifetime value — clients prepay for visits, stay on a cadence, and rebook without starting from scratch each time. These capabilities require Hollow Reserve Studio.
Session packages
Bundle multiple appointments into a package product on Shopify. When a client purchases a package, Reserve tracks remaining sessions against their ledger entry and applies package pricing rules at booking time.
Memberships
Memberships tie recurring billing to privileged booking access — for example, members-only slots, included monthly visits, or discounted add-ons. Configure membership products in Shopify and link them to blueprint eligibility in Reserve Settings.
Rebooking automation
Studio includes rebooking automation stages in Experience Blueprints. After a visit completes, Reserve can prompt the client to book their next appointment on a recommended cadence — reducing manual follow-up for your front desk.
