Studio Arcana is sold as a service-first revenue system. This guide walks the highest-impact setup: connect every bookable service to aftercare retail, surface upsells in cart and product surfaces, and verify your first attached sale.
Service-to-aftercare pairings

Where revenue surfaces appear
- Main product and Quick view — complementary product row from service_pairing.
- Cart drawer and /cart page — aftercare upsell cards when a service line qualifies.
- Ritual builder — bundled treatment + add-on + aftercare in one add-to-cart.
- Expert match quiz — optional recommended products on the winning result profile.
First-sale verification checklist
- Tag service products type:service and aftercare type:aftercare for clarity.
- Set service_pairing on at least one hero service.
- Add the service to cart and confirm aftercare upsell in the cart drawer.
- Complete checkout with one aftercare SKU from PDP or upsell card.
- Optional: enable Shopify Subscriptions selling plans on refill SKUs and confirm the picker on Main product and Quick view.
