Rules, stacking, and scopes

Rules watch each order’s estimated profit after costs and discounts. On the Rules page, every rule explains how it works, when it fires, and what happens. Start in Watch mode so the Decision ledger shows what would have happened before you turn on stronger protection.

Starter rules:

Watch logs risk only. Enforce (Protect+) sends alerts and marks orders as “Would have blocked” on the Decision ledger. Blocking at checkout is separate: Protect Block (published to checkout from Settings) enforces your margin and profit floors on the live cart, and only when every item has a known, trustworthy cost. On the Rules page you can search collections by name to limit a rule to sale or loss-leader ranges.
