Set up booking links

Connect Book buttons to your scheduler in a few steps — or use a booking app block.

When you finish, Book buttons on the homepage, services, and specialists open your scheduler with the right service selected.

Required

Online Store → Themes → Customize → Theme settings (gear) → Booking

  1. Paste your Booking base URL (for example https://book.example.com/start or /pages/booking).
  2. Leave Booking param key as service unless your scheduler needs a different name.
  3. On Hero, Service menu, Specialist team, or sticky CTA blocks, choose a Linked product that is your bookable service SKU.
  4. Save the theme.

Optional

  • Add an App block (for example Hollow Reserve) on Hero, Service menu, Specialist team, product, or cart drawer.
  • Use a per-block fallback URL if you are not ready for deep links yet.

How to check it worked

  1. On the storefront, tap a Book button on mobile.
  2. Confirm the URL includes your service product handle (for example ?service=balayage).
  3. Confirm the scheduler or booking page loads without errors.
